Jumbo lump crab mixed with asparagus tips, red pepper, shallot, pecorino romano, a hint of chopped prosciutto, and Klein Farms ricotta and mozzarella. Baked inside our homemade puff pastry and topped with a delicate rosemary cream sauce.
